ARTICLE REVIEWED: Kunnanatt, T.J. (2016). 3D Leadership-Strategy-Linked Leadership Framework for Managing Teams. Economics Management and Financial Markets, 11(3), pp.30-55. Introduction The article, 3D Leadership-Strategy-Linked Leadership Framework for Managing Teams, by Kunnanatt James seeks to convince the reader that, in the contemporary dynamic global business environment, classic leadership theories albeit being successful in the past, cannot effectively address the challenge of providing strategic guidance to team managers. The research problem being addressed by the paper is that, given that strategic team leaders are rare, there is an increasing need for guidance on how to incorporate strategic thinking into team leadership. However, the author observes that leadership theory is incapable of providing the foregoing guidance. The article provides a possible framework for bettering the situation. The author introduced the article with an abstract that provided a brief summary of main points as well as the outlook developed by the article. It is evident from the abstract that the article explores a multi-theory integrated approach that consolidates classic leadership theories into one feasible framework that is based on findings from both past and present research on leadership. The abstract mirrored the article and in the proper form; the reader can understand the article’s overall objective from the abstract and can therefore whether or not to continue reading.Show MoreRelatedQuestions On Academic Integrity : Student s Own Essay2158 Words   |  9 Pagesregarding the sale of that concept.
